[Elecraft] K3 beta 4.48

4.48 just added support for the K3/0 in the K3Remote mode. Nothing else with regard to user features.

Without this rev f/w the K3/0 generates errors on power up, since there are no DSP and RF components.

We will get the release notes updated shortly.
