[Elecraft] KPA500 Interface with Kenwood TS-590

Be EXTRA REAL careful as the '590 has a history of spiking on the start of
some transmissions.  Firmware upgrades haven't completely solved the
problem.

 

While the receiver is in a similar class as the K line, that single issue
was enough for me to vote it down (I bought the K3, P3, KPA500 instead).
