Sure it is. Just use the BALance control to pan the audio from MAIN to SUB
vfo. (Full CCW = Main only, Full CW = SUB only)

We need a definition of "dual watch".
As instituted in most 'I' brand radios, it is useless, IMHO, because it it
not possible to tell which signal is on which frequency.
Some 'E' brand and 'Y' brand radios allow one to hear a different frequency
in each ear (or speaker), which is really the only way to tell who's where.
I have no plans for a KX3 and have not read the manual, so I don't know how
"dual watch" works in that radio.
