[Elecraft] K3Util with LPBridge

It's technically possible to do this with some additional software,
but I don't think that anyone would recommend it. Neither the K3 nor
any of the software concerned is designed to operate in an environment
where more than one entity is issuing commands to the K3 at the same
time.
It should be noted that LP-Bridge doesn't "split the COM port"; rather
it implements a "Virtual K3" (a representation of what it believes to
be the current state of the real K3), and manages requests coming from
several simultaneous applications against that virtual K3, dispatching
commands to the real K3, and polling it for status, to maintain some
semblance of "sync" between the two. Hopefully this makes it clear why
the K3 Utility (especially for things like firmware upgrades) is
incompatible with LP-Bridge.
