[Elecraft] [K3] N3FJP rig control settings?

That's as good as it's going to get.
N3FJP has said he has no intention of fixing the program for the K3 and 
other radios.
This is a software problem and not an K3 problem.
It's probably time to move up in the logging world, like a lot of other 
people have done.
