Good Evening,
    After a week of partly sunny skies and cool temperatures it looks 
like we're due for a change.  Colder temperatures with rain most of the 
week.  It is surprising to think it is June and I've not had one day in 
the 70s yet.  I was hoping for a much warmer year.  Last year there was 
no summer.  But I am hoping for a break in the clouds at least a few 
times on the 5th.  It would be nice to watch the transit of Venus.
     I did not get on the air very much but I did get a chance to 
listen.  Some activity on 10 meters with more on 15.  Hopefully 20 
meters will be good tomorrow and 40 m later in the day.  At the second 
net's start time the QRN is low but it rises quickly in about fifteen 
minutes.  Once it starts to rise I start losing the possibility of 
working weaker stations.  Maybe I can work them first and then further 
west later.
