[Elecraft] Problems with Power Output

Brian e al,

I too believe that is the case, because I have noticed that when I change bands
the ramp up occurs.  When that occurs I send DE N5GE QRL ? and after that I get
full output.  This is especially noticeable on the MARS frequencies I operate
on.
