[Elecraft] Problems with Power Output

Guys,
I may be imagining things, but this effect seems to always be there with
my K3. My perception is that it is not just limited after band changes
or power level changes. It is especially evident when running a big amp
that has a fast display of output power.
Where it may matter is in contesting. You want them to copy the first
letter of your call right the first time. You want the first dit/dah to
be loud.
Yes, my K3 has been through the RF power calibration.
I'm going to have to look closer at this.
