[Elecraft] CY9M CW Note

After working CY9M this evening on 18 MHz, I kept listening to Victoria's top
class operating for a while.
After an hour or so, the tone suddenly became very choppy, with very short
dots, even many dots missing.
I don't think she changed anything while operating so they do have an issue
here.
