[Elecraft] bug with P3 VGA USB kbd software

Hi Howard, 

On my monitor it shows slightly above bottom.  When the box is gone and you
are not entering text for the macros, does the display look correct?  In
other words, is the bottom white line of the frame visible?  

It wouldn't be that big of a deal to move the box up slightly, however the
size is limited based on the number characters that can be entered, which is
124. 

When the P3 displays its reset notice, is there any other information
slightly beforehand such as an error message?  This is the first I've heard
of this.
