[Elecraft] Digital modes interface for K2 - recommendations sought.

Don's fixed level audio output is "what the doctor ordered" for digital
receive.  Couple that with a small SPDT reed relay to switch audio
input between the mic and a separate AFSK/PSK/JT65A/etc audio input and
drive the relay with a "Digital PTT" input and you have the complete "no
cable swapping" solution.
