Actually it is NOT the surest way.  Simple BONDING from chassis to 
chassis, as I outlined in my email to Lance earlier in this thread is 
both simple and VERY SURE.  I never cease to marvel at how hams will 
throw dollars at problems when excellent solutions are nearly FREE (in 
this case, no more than the cost of a few feet of copper wire).
