[Elecraft] Firmware final?

Eric indicated in a previous post that Elecraft were aware of the decoding
problem and that it would be fixed in a future upgrade.  It seemed that for
many people the improvement to AGC out weighs the loss of decoding.  Perhaps
with the note explaining what the update accomplished a warning about this
problem could be inserted.
