Besides, you should *never* just send an Elecraft radio to Watsonville 
for repair.
There are repair depots all over the globe.
Contact support, and if warranted, they will request an RSA number for 
you.  When you get the email with the RSA form, fill it out and read the 
2nd page to find out where to send it.
