[Elecraft] Amplifier keying line delay setting

In cw mode:
Make sure QSK is not on.
Make sure VOX is on.
Push in and hold the speed control till "CW n.nn" appears.
Rotate the speed control to set the drop out time you want.
Anything up to 2 seconds can be set.
