[Elecraft] K3 macros

Hello Fred,

I would love to see a macro section on a web page.  The information in 
the Utility Help file and the Programmer's reference is a great place to 
start but having some sort of place for new macros to be collected and 
discussed would be great, particularly if the macros could be 
sorted/categorized in some way.
