[Elecraft] "New K3 utility software required" message on my K3?????

Yes, Ian; about 20 times for the K3 and three or four times for the computer. 
No difference.

Thanks for the suggestion anyway.

Am trying to manually configure things now but it's taking 10-15 minutes
just to set the 13kHz filter b/w to 13!  (turning the tuning dial doesn't
seem to have any effect; I'm beginning to think this radio is seriously
sick)
