[Elecraft] "New K3 utility software required" message on my K3?????

Tried a different USB port to no avail. (I am using a desktop PC with the
Elecraft KUSB cable)

Tried a partial reset and reloading of the MCU which didn't end up changing
anything.  I still get the NEW K3 UTIL. SOFTWARE message.

The DSP reload always fails.

I'm about to do a FULL RESET and try and try again....
