[Elecraft] "New K3 utility software required" message on my K3?????

I've been trying to reload my DSP 1 and DSP 2 software as I've been getting
error messages  (ERR DSE, ERR DS2, etc. today on my K3  (serial #5528 built
summer 2011).

While trying the reload I now get another message ticker-taping on my K3's
display:

"NEW K3 UTILITY SOFTWARE REQUIRED"

How and where do I install this, please?
