[Elecraft] K3s fill the bands

Hi,

HK0NA is a decent signal currently here in CNY on 21275 (5 to 20 up) but his
audio is lacking in highs. Hopefully they can get some adjustments to the EQ
done. Haven't been able to hear them on other bands yet.
