I'm with you, Phil.  I thought the guys had "missed" this one.  But that's not like them.  Glad to see they did market research to see what buttons were preferred.  But, I drank the "K-Line" marketing Kool-Aid, and, like the classic Collins S-Line, would prefer that all my K-Line buttons matched.

Ed - Thanks for the info.  My Field Test KPA500 (SN12) had gray buttons around the LCD display and for the operate/standby switch.  When I installed all the hardware updates, I used these in my updated amplifier as I prefer the gray color and contrast.  I'lll order the Mouser buttons for the remainder of the buttons (band and power).  Again, my preferance - but I like the looks and it is easier for my eyes to see the buttons.
