[Elecraft] Unwanted output K3 in transvertermode

Guys,

 

I hooked up my K3 to a DB6NT 70 MHz transverter, this works nicely.

 

I’m worried though since I see one watt  output on the trv when keying the
mike in SSB but not speaking into it.

 

This goes back to 0 when I turn MIC to 0. The output from the K3  to the
transverter is 0,5 mW CW key down. 

 

On a 2nd 70 MHz receiver it sounds like a lot of noise.

 

Anyone else has observed this?
