[Elecraft] P3 SVGA Adapter with FFT Processor now available to order

Because it needs to display N1MM logger windows, other stuff AND the P3
output, on the same screen, at the same time.   The P3 probably doesn't do
it for that environment.  It's just not where they were going with the
design.
