[Elecraft] Flashing "F" mode indicator

Somehow, I've pushed a wrong button, causing a flashing. capital "F" to
appear alternatively with the operating mode "c".  Hopefully, the K2 isn't
about to self-destruct.

My K2 is S/N 4913 with a lot of options.
