[Elecraft] AD-1-K doesn't have blocking capacitor, Heil claims

If Mic Bias = OFF in the K3 mic menu, a blocking cap is not required for 
the Heil dynamic mics.

The AD 1-K is Heil's Headset to K3 adapter. (Also for Kenwoods.) No 
blocking cap inside.
