[Elecraft] Shriek in SUB in diversity mode

In the last contest I used K3 in diversity mode. Occasionally after return
from transmit, the SUB speaker emitted a loud short shriek. Never had such
an experience before. I am using the newest firmware. 

Any idea what to do?
