[Elecraft] KX1 has LED switching noise

Paul,
There is a very small amount of that noise on any KX1, but it is not
enough to raise the noise floor of the receiver.
If the noise in your KX1 is large enough to interfere with weak signals,
then it is excessive and should be fixed. Your guess about the
capacitors is a good starting place - often electrolytics develop a
higher ESR as they age.
