[Elecraft] CB on 28.085

If thats the only one you hear you are lucky,  they are every couple KC
here from 28.0 up the band into the phone portion, I hear them 28.400
and up even, if the bands open there are far more CB signals than ham
signals,  many running far more than 1KW.
Freebanders,
I hear thousands of them from Asia and Mexico also, not just US..
