[Elecraft] [K3] ptt. Tip. And rx band noise

I have been a lazy procrastinator in building a ptt switch. I have discovered that when using a headset to the rear the front ptt is active so if one has a hand mic on the front it can be used for ptt if desired. 

And my one and only complaint has been how band noise sounds or hiss with a wide setting. I have changed eq #8 3.2  from zero to -16 and seems to 
help greatly but I need more time to listen.
