[Elecraft] Activate voice memories by computer

[Allen Brier N5XZ]

The problem is that I use a specific program for the 10-10 contest (Win1010) which does not support this function. This program has a database of 10-10 numbers and associated info as well as scores the contest. Therefore, I need another way to access the K3 DVR.
