[Elecraft] Use of wireless keyboard with P3/SVGA

According to Eric, it plugs in and works.  No programming required other
than setting up any Macros you want for the keyboard.

Frankly I have lost more than one or two DX contacts when RF has gotten
into my keyboard and shut it down.  Thank heavens for paddles at times like
that.
