[Elecraft] KX3: No RX - SWR 25 to 1

I would be checking the dc resistance of the the 50 ohm output > bnc back
through, as it sounds more 
like a short than an open circuit. 

Quite often an open will only attenuate a rx signal rather than silence it
altogether as a short will do.
