[Elecraft] KX3-MH3 Mic gain settings ALC level ?

Hello Don, 

BIAS is set to ON. The microfon is working, because i can monitor my voice an hear changes in loudness if i change Mic gain. I only can get the 5 bars when whistling in the mic.
