[Elecraft] Price increase in mid Sept.

I buy lots of parts from Mouser, but at work and for myself.  Many components have doubled in price in the last 3 or 4 years.  I'm sure Elecraft makes every effort to balance cost vs. margin vs. market.  My 4 year old K3 and 4 month old KX3 were/are bargains.
