[Elecraft] Small Screen for the QRP Gang

Doh!  Video cameras have stereo mics.  So it's part of iOS.  I was
wondering how Griffin coded the audio into the video stream.  They
didn't have to, designers just did it native mode!

I have to re-read these several reams of iOS stuff I have piled up
here....
