http://www.ftdichip.com/Drivers/CDM/CDM%202.08.24%20WHQL%20Certified.zip

amd64 folder will contain your 64 bit driver if you update the ftdi driver to locate this folder only.

1. Check whether you have turned on the windows feature of .NET Framework 3.5.1.
Please go to Control Panel -> Programs and Features -> Turn Windows features on or off -> Check the box next to Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1.

2. Use  <http://blogs.msdn.com/astebner/pages/8999004.aspx> Verification Tool to verify .Net Framework 2.0 SP2, 3.0SP2, 3.5 SP1. If .Net Framework cannot be verified on your computer, you can try to follow the steps mentioned in the following blog to repair them though this article is about vista.

Having a slight problem with this.
I can start the program, connect to the K3 OK and control things as expected.
Problem is....when I click on “Disconnect” it doesn’t respond and the program freezes.
I then have to use CTRL/ALT/DELETE to bring up Task Manager to close the program.

Running Win7 Pro 64 bit

Any Tips please?
