[Elecraft] [K2] Process for ordering parts??

I have a broken K2 that needs some spare parts. Based on the link on the web site, I sent a message to parts at elecraft.com on August 3rd, but I have yet to receive a reply e-mail.

Here are the parts needed for the KPA100:
Elecraft Part #		Designator	Description
E600029			U3		IC, 5-volt regulator 78L05
E600036			U4		IC, RS-232 driver/receiver MAX1406CPE
E600041			U6		IC, high-current op-amp w/enable, EL5146CN

What's the correct procedure for ordering parts for a K2?
