[Elecraft] PACTOR iii

Joe,

It's my understanding that the semiautomatic stations wait until there is a connect request before transmitting, and that Pactor is bugged because it ignores existing activity on the frequency, unlike Winmor which won't transmit unless the frequency is clear.
