[Elecraft] txinh timing?? Measured

well I went and measured it.

Max time for RF carrier to zero  after asserting TxInh  (TxInh Hi)  was just 
under 10ms
minimum time was about 8ms.

So since I was set up to measure things, I measured the time for carrier to 
decay (in Data
mode) after removing PTT and got pretty much the same times.

I've looked but can't find the spec on how long after after initiating TXINH
is the
K3 transmitter at zero power?

(I'm working on an so2r interface which can take away an antenna from the
low
priority rig even if it was transmitting. )

It looks like the TXINH is a polled input and may be a bit a slow for my
application.
