[Elecraft] New KPA4500 build: Front panel bezel/serial number label- Where?

They should be in their own envelope marked "KPA500 Front Panel Bezel and
Serial Number - E850461".

It's possible the people making up the kits have started putting that
envelope inside another bag. 

If you've opened everything and didn't find it, shoot off an e-mail to the
support address on pg 3 of the manual.
