[Elecraft] Kx3 supply

Based on this QST 2007 review, it was a noisy switching supply at one time. 
I understand the manufacturer made a "capacitor type" change, circa 10/2008,
but personally I would like to see a QST retest of this supply (or similar
spectrum analyzer plots) before purchasing this supply.
