I have Gamma HPS-1a small switching supply which I use with my K2 + KPA100 as
an easily movable rig. I always use it to feed a ladderwire via a balun to a
nonresonant antenna. Therefore the feedline may pick up stuff very close to
the power supply (i.e. 1-2 m away).
I have noticed that on 15 meter CW, I often hear a swooshing noise right
after I have transmitted. It is very annoying as it comes right at the time
when one listens for the other stations to confirm reception in e.g. a
contest. I think it is a frequency varying noise that sweeps over my
frequency as the load on the power supply changes. I would very much like to
learn of a way to suppress it,
