[Elecraft] A few bugs in the P3 SVGA

I've had an item #2 freeze a time or two...it has always gone away after another xmit or so. I always suspect RF in the cable, espically since it was disasterous at first until i bought a new well shielded vga cable. And I have item #1 of course. I haven't tried to cause the rest...not noticed anyway with casual use.
I'm quite happy with it, I know y'all are constantly on top of any issues.
