Good Evening,
Those were two fun nets! Propagation was better on twenty while
forty meters produced three check ins. John was running the linear on
his K3 which was easy to tell when he gave me a 359 and I gave him a
599. I am not sure when the ionosphere will calm down since 1429 is
peaking over the limb of the sun. Hopefully one day will show
improvement of the added ions from the sun.

Weather was the usual - warm everywhere except here. I did get to
see the sun for a few minutes today as it dropped below the clouds
before sunset. The day started with snow falling. I was lying in bed
looking out the window when I saw the rain get thicker. And thicker.
And then turn into snow. While snow fell all day long I am right at
snowline so little of it stayed around.

   On to the lists =>

   On 14050 kHz at 2200z:
K4JPN - Steve - GA - K2 - 1422
N0TA - John - CO - K3 - 994
W6SU - John - CA - K2 - 228
WD0BC - William - MO - K3
AB9V - Mike - IN - K3 - 398
W8OV - Dave - TX - K3 - 3139
K0DTJ - Brian - CA - K3 - 4113
K1THP - Dave - CT - K3 - 686
N0AR - Scott - MN - K2 - 4866
KB3FRB - Joe - PA - K2 - 6178

   On 7045 kHz at 0000z:
K6PJV - Dale - CA - K3 - 1183
K0DTJ - Brian - CA - K3 - 4113
N0TA - John - CO - K3 - 994

I hope conditions on both bands are better next weekend. But one can
never tell with the unsettled sun. One day things can be great the next
there is no contact. If it worked same all the time where would be the fun?
    Until next week stay well,
       73,
Kevin. KD5ONS (Net Control Operator 5th Class)
