[Elecraft] DSP Board Upgrade

Many thanks to Dave, Harry, Mike MU, Mike MK, Mark and Matt for the 
information.

Everyone agrees that I should pay very close attention when re-mounting the 
Front Panel.

Also to clean the pins before re-assembly. I have had no problem with bad 
connections but will be sure to dress them up before putting it all back 
together.
