[Elecraft] Windows 7 Update, FTDI KUSB and Fluke

FTDI is chipset used by a variety of vendors. KeySpan, Fluke, and others sell Rs232 adapters based on the chipset. So perhaps your adapter IDs itself as a Fluke (brand) adapter.
