[Elecraft] [K3] RTTY shifts other than 170 Hz?

More information on shifts other than 170 Hz --
Joe Subich responded to me privately (I am not certain why he did not
copy the list), pointing out that the AFSK submode also can handle any
shift sent by the software -- as long as the Dual PB filter is not in use.
Obviously, the K3 decode and display in the VFO B area will not work
well with anything other than a 170 Hz shift.
Joe also mentioned the need for steps to center the tone(s) in the IF
passband - I quote:
"It will be necessary to adjust the DSP "width" and Mark to center the
tones in the
IF passband (e.g., it is often best to select MARK=1445 so FC is close
to 1500 Hz particularly for wide shifts in LSB/AFSK A mode)."
