[Elecraft] KPA-500 fuse block door

A 3AG fuse is a 3AG fuse - the spec includes the diameter as well as the
length of the fuse.

If the fuses are fully seated in the clips as shown on page 5 of the manual
the ears on the door will slip by them, but it is sometimes tight. If it
turns out the fuse holder is defective, Elecraft support will get a new one
out to you ASAP. Also Elecraft support will be glad to send you the missing
cord and package of fuses you can keep as spares. The support e-mail address
is on page 15 of your manual.

Rob,

The line cord was not in a bag, maybe that is why I can't find the fuses.
Maybe the radio shack fuses are a bit larger in diameter than the Elecraft
fuses and that is why when the fuse block is inserted in the rear of the
KPA-500 the fuse block door won't close. The fuse block is seated properly,
just like the picture in the manual, so I maybe I won't worry about the
door?

Jim,

The fuses would have been in two small brown envelopes in the same bag as
the line cord. Double check to make sure that they did, in fact, omit
packing them.
