[Elecraft] P3 weirdness with K3/K144XV

Hi Dick,

It sounds like MENU:XV Gain may have the wrong value.  The default is
+25 dB.  See the "Amplitude Calibration for Transverters" section of the
Owner's Manual.

If that doesn't work you might try a Parameter Initialization.
