[Elecraft] UPS Shipping options not available?

For what it's worth there was an alert a few weeks back that someone 
purchased a large quantity of UPS uniforms.  The warning had to do with 
being cautious/suspicious of any unexpected packages delivered to you.  
As I said -- For what it's worth.
